Glo Wants to Give its Customers Free Smartphones

Glo has come up with a plan to reward its customers with smartphones. For anyone who is interested in getting the phone, there’s a catch.

You’ll have to subscribe to a plan for a year. There are two options which are available for one to choose from.

There is a N15,000 plan which will give users 1.4gb monthly or a total of 17gb for a whole year. The second plan is the N18,000 plan which will give users a total of 1.8gb monthly or a total of 21gb for a year.

The data provision is very low considering that you could get 18gb of data for N4000 for the month on the 3G plan. However, these offers seems to be targeted to users who consume very low data.

The devices which will be given to subscribers of either plan include the Innjoo Halo, Alcatel Pixi 3 and the Wiko Lenny 1 (available to only those subscribed to the N18,000) plan.

Also, you’ll have to buy the plan from any Glo outlet as any purchase made through any other medium would not entitle you to the phones.
